Referral

There are many ways to get in contact with us.

If you are a BSL user and you are using, or are going to be using, one of the North of Tyne hospitals then please contact us.  Our staff are BSL users and will confidentially discuss what you want. You might want support; information or help communicating - we're happy to have a chat.

Which hospitals do we work with?

The BSL health navigator is a pilot project, we are looking at ways we might be able to support BSL users to get better access to health services.  We need to focus on the hospitals in the North of Tyne area to start with.  This includes mental health services.

The Hospital Journey

What do we mean by the 'Hospital Journey'?

We know that access to hospitals can be a long process for some people.  Or it can be one visit to A&E and never return again.  But for most people it will be letters; appointments; visits to hospitals and ongoing treatment.  We are here to help you with this journey.
