Hi all! Please find details for our next Hearing Loss Support Group

When ~Tuesday 13th October 2026 , from 2:00pm – 3.30pm(Rosie will be there from 1:45pm. and until 4:00 pm.) to answer any questions. Please do not arrive before 1.45 pm, as the centre does not have the room to accommodate. Thank You!

VENUE Community Foundation, Philanthropy House, Woodbine Road, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 1DD - opposite The Queen Victoria


Parking There is a car park outside of the building. Payment via Pay by Phone App or contactless.

Buses There are several buses from Four Lane Ends, the Haymarket and other areas of Newcastle that go along Gosforth High Street and stop close to the building.


Metro It is a 10-minute walk from Regent Centre metro and a 15-minute walk from South Gosforth metro.

Come along for a relaxed painting session with Sarah O'Dowd - Northumbrian Landscape Artist. 

Join us for a wonderful afternoon of creativity, conversation and connection. Enjoy a cuppa, meet new people and create your own beautiful painting to take home .

The Baltic Tour

A tour of both the Tish Murtha & Kuba Ryniewicz, and Foundation Press exhibitions. The object of the tour is to give feedback of using the touch screen mic with the curator and giving feedback of the tour using the equipment and how clear the speaker was for hearing aid users. Also trying out the loop system that the Baltic currently have in use.
